Karen Bredbenner – Owner/Manager
Karen and her husband Tim bought The Maids in 2005. Karen's teaching background has provided her with the knowledge and experience needed to operate a people-centered business. Karen grew up in Michigan and has lived in the S.F. East Bay Area with Tim and their two sons since 1983. Karen and Tim's goal for The Maids is to be the best in the cleaning industry in the Bay Area. The Maids has provided the S.F. East Bay Area with fantastic customer service since 1995. We always strive to be a company that our employees are happy and proud to work for. We have many long-term customers and employees. Our customers are our business! Leticia Garcia-Acosta (Lety)- Field Manager
Lety has been with The Maids for 11 years. She was hired as a Maid, and quickly worked her way up to a Team Leader, and then Field Manager. Lety is a very detailed professional, and prides herself on the excellent cleans that our teams provide for our customers. Lety is in charge of all training, and oversees all operations in the field daily. Her quality assurance is unmatched! Lety's calm, conscientious demeanor is a great support to all of our cleaning teams, and adds to our customer's positive experience with The Maids. Lety is a hard-working mother of two small children and is an important reason for our great customer and employee retention.
Jennifer Allison – Customer Service Manager/Sales
Jennifer joined our team in January 2011. She brought with her many years of customer-centered management skills. She is an upbeat "people-person", who daily enjoys talking with our current customers as well as managing our very important scheduling, and sales duties. Jennifer grew up in the East Bay Area and enjoys being a working wife and mother. She is also very involved with her church family and choir.
